Она расположена на краю деревни Aржантиер, в 7 км от Шамони, рядом со всеми удобствами деревни и уникальным видом. Она находится в непосредственной близости от подъемников во всемирно известном горнолыжном районе Гран Монте.
Хижина 180м2, есть 3 этажов:
Подваль имеет отдельный вход, есть 3 спальни -
одна комната с двойной умивальной с видом на ледник Aржантиер и Монблан,
одна комната с двумя кроватями, душ и умивальня с видом на Монблан,
одна комната с двумя кроватями с большой ванной комнатой, отдельный душ, туалет, умывальник. 3 спальни обшитые панелями.

Существует также сауна с душевой кабиной, 2 туалета, место для лыжи и загрузки, прачечная, бар с раковиной, место для стиральной машины, котельная и лестница, ведущая на первый этаж.
Первый этаж состоит из кухня / столовая комната с эркером США, которая предлагает захватывающий вид на ледник. На кухне есть оборудованный ряд сосновых шкафов, шесть горелок, 4 пластиной печи, большая прогулка в кладовке, терракотовый пол и дверь к саду. Floor plan

The extensive lower ground floor has its own entrance and 3 wood panelled bedrooms comprising

The ground floor consists of an open plan kitchen/dining room with large bay window offering a spectacular view of the glacier. The kitchen has a range of fitted pine wall and floor cupboards, a 6 burner, 4 oven cooker, a large walk in larder, tiled floor and access to the garden. The dining area has an oak floor which continues into the sitting room.

The sitting room also has dual views of the glacier and the Massif of Mont-Blanc, it has an open fire place fitted with wood burning stove and gives access to the front door and porch. It incorporates traditional pine panelling to 2/3 height, exposed ceiling beams and staircase to upper floors.

The fourth bedroom, on the mezzanine floor is a large room currently furnished with 2 single beds and a set of bunk beds, it has 2 large built in cupboards and a large ensuite including bath with shower attachment, WC and washbasin.

The upper floor has a further 3 bedrooms, all with views of the glacier.

The master bedroom has dual views of the glacier and Mont-Blanc and has double doors leading to a balcony, it has a shower and washbasin and built in wardrobe.

A smaller single/bunk room with washbasin. This room is currently used as an office, but could be used as a dressing room or en suite to the main bedroom via the connecting door.
